A DMS seminar organized by Ricoh (Hong Kong) and Axisoft was successfully hosted at Lam Woo Secondary School today. The event introduced the latest DMS solutions which free teachers from paper works and enhance their working efficiency.
During the seminar, Chung Him Chan, Axisoft's business development manager demonstrated the implementation of SQUARE in building e-document management systems in schools. With the scanning and image processing technology of SQUARE, schools can digitalize various teaching materials, including teachers' notes, exam papers and worksheets. Intellectual properties of schools can be properly preserved.
