Project Manager

Location:  Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Manage banking projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule while delivering expected functionality and satisfactory quality;

• Coordinate with clients and different project teams to facilitate successful negotiation at work;

• Escalate issues, prioritizes deliverables, monitors project progress and manages project scope;

• Work cohesively with development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensure that standards and procedures are followed;

• Perform other duties as assigned, including hands-on in doing development work or support work if needed.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking systems;

• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle; 

• Good depth and breadth of knowledge of the wealth management or financial industry;

• Ability to determine, set and work within budget and resource constraints;

• Experience in developing and writing project management documentation;

• Be customer-focused and able to coordinate between disparate groups;

• Strong consulting experience and communication skill;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin (to be able to manage and work with Mandarin speaking associates regarding project management documentations).
