ACW Distribution seminar, "What You Store Is What You Get for Government” was successfully held in Central Plaza, Hong Kong on 22nd April. Axisoft participated as a co-organizer and session speaker.
The event focused on effective management of diversified documents including emails, images and video clips in HK government departments. More than 30 IT officers from 15 departments attended the seminar.
During the seminar, Chung Him Chan, Axisoft's senior product consultant shared the success cases of departmental deployment of a document management system - SQUARE. In the demo, Chung Him Chan showed how SQUARE could be integrated with government’s IT systems and peripherals to handle daily incoming and outgoing documents, video clips captured by network camera, emails and CMS mails efficiently and effectively.
